LMSEC is located at the heart of Logan's sporting hub in Heritage Park Crestmead, and is the home of Basketball Queensland, the State Sporting Organisation for basketball in Queensland. 

The venue offers a unique and versatile space catering to a wide range of clients, functions, events, and activities.  

We have three international-standard courts with a capacity for 2000 fans and regularly host national, state and regional sports tournaments along with other big-ticket events. The court area can be converted into a large carpeted event space, perfect for hosting awards, exhibitions, recitals, expos, dance, music and other large scale events.  

We also have a fully functional commercial café, that caters to a wide range of dietary requirements on a daily basis, offers top quality Merlo coffee, as well as a range of cold beverages and snacks.  On event days, patrons can also use the café for in house careering for events for up to 2000 people.  

The conference rooms can hold up to 100 people in a lecture style arrangement, or 65 in cabaret style seating. We have two projectors, built in AV and an open foyer greeting area with a large balcony.  

The LMSEC corporate offices seat 35 comfortably, providing an excellent base for Basketball Queensland, the current venue tenants.  

The venue caters to all accessibility needs. Each level has fully accessible bathrooms and change rooms, and there is a lift for accessing the First Floor viewing gallery. Fully accessible car parking is also available by the front of the building.  

Other venue features include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a full liquor licence, two separate alcohol service areas, bus and large vehicle parking with drive-through capability, a courtside loading dock, and dedicated medic/first aid facilities.
