The Centre features three international-standard courts with capacity for up to 2,000 spectators, making it an ideal location for tournaments, state championships and large-scale events. In addition to sporting use, the court area can be transformed into a fully carpeted event space suitable for exhibitions, awards nights, conferences, performances and community celebrations.

LMSEC also offers modern meeting and function rooms equipped with built-in AV technology, flexible seating layouts and an open foyer area with balcony access. These spaces are ideal for workshops, training sessions, corporate meetings and school functions.

Supporting the venue is a fully functional commercial café, accessible facilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, licensed beverage service areas, and comprehensive safety systems. The Centre operates seven days a week, with a dedicated team managing bookings, event delivery, café operations and venue services to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
