LMSEC Delivers Strong Community Impact in 2025

The Logan Metro Sports & Events Centre (LMSEC) continues to play a vital role in supporting sport, community engagement and large-scale events across the Logan region.

In 2025, the venue welcomed thousands of visitors through a diverse range of sporting competitions, school programs, community initiatives and corporate functions. With over 6,500 casual visitors and more than 20,000 event attendees, LMSEC remains a thriving hub for participation and connection.

As a flexible, multi-purpose facility, LMSEC hosted a wide variety of sports including basketball, netball, volleyball, futsal, badminton, cheerleading, dance, gymnastics and more. The Centre’s ability to convert courts into a large carpeted event space has also enabled it to successfully deliver major championships, cultural festivals, graduation ceremonies and expos throughout the year.

Beyond events and competitions, LMSEC is committed to accessibility and community inclusion. With fully accessible amenities on both levels, lift access, onsite café services and adaptable function spaces, the venue provides a welcoming environment for schools, disability groups, local clubs and community organisations.
